thanks..but talent isn´t the only one think that makes people good and succesful in drawing..there is a lot of practise and hard work too.

this is true, but talent shines through. It is cultivated and developed. One either has it to begin with and improves upon it with hard work and practice, or one gains and learns it again as you pointed with hard work and practice. It all comes down to the point that talent shines through, and I think to acknowledge talent is to acknowledge the work that goes into the skill.
